Reservations
|
- Reservations can be made via email at reservations@grampabaileyscabin.com, or by phone by calling (425) 844-1815 (Pacific time zone.)
- If paying by credit card, your reservation is confirmed when the full rental amount is authorized (not charged) against your credit card.
- If paying by check or money order, your reservation is confirmed with a 50% deposit, which we must receive within two weeks from the date the reservation was made.

Payment
|
- If paying by credit card, the full amount will be charged against the credit card you used to confirm the reservation thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date.
- If paying by check or money order, your reservation must be paid in full - including a separate $250 damage deposit - thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date.

Process
|
- Once your reservation is paid in full and about one week prior to your arrival date, you will receive a map and directions to the cabin and a general information sheet, which contains the code to the lockbox on the premises where the cabin key is located. There is a unique code for each guest.
- Generally speaking, check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. On the days where we have guests checking in/out on the same day, we are unable to vary from this schedule, so as to allow our wonderful housekeeper Jean, sufficient time to do what she does so extremely well. Otherwise, we can afford to be flexible...just ask.
- If there is any pet-related damage and/or excessive pet-related cleaning required, or if there is any property damage that is determined to be the result of intentional misuse or abuse, the repair and/or cleaning costs will be charged against the credit card used to make your reservation or subtracted from the separate damage deposit paid via check or money order. If there is no damage and you paid a damage deposit via check or money order, your deposit will be returned within thirty (30) days of your departure date.
- The cabin is accessed by a fairly steep private driveway. Every effort is made to keep the driveway fully passible during the winter months. The driveway is plowed regularly and sand and organic de-icing agents are provided for our guests use. Use of a four-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or at least front-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended during the winter season. The availability of tire chains is a plus. The inability to make it up the driveway during the winter season does not constitute grounds for any discounts or refunds. It is winter, and you're in Montana...not Florida.

Expectations
|
- Grampa Bailey's Cabin is our family vacation home, built by Ray and Janice Bailey with their own two hands, and finished by their children and grandchildren - Ron, Lisa, Michelle, Doug, Sean, Erin, Bo, Josie, Ellie, Charles, and Angus. We gladly share our home with you, only asking that you treat it with the respect you would expect others to treat your own home.
- We expect some normal wear and tear on the house and furnishings. If you accidentally break or damage something, or run across something that needs our attention, please let us know, so that we can replace or repair the damaged item, so the next guest will enjoy the cabin just as much as you did.

Cancellations
|
- All cancellations received more than thirty (30) days prior to the intended arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received less than thirty (30), but more than three (3) days prior to the intended arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received less than three (3) days prior to the intended arrival date will receive no refund.
